After we’ve collected all the necessary information, it may take up to 6 hours for us to create and send you a complete travel proposal. What if we need to cancel a booked trip?If the trip needs to be cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply. What if some of us get sick during the trip?If you become ill during the trip, you must immediately inform the bus driver. The driver will assess the situation and, if necessary, contact medical services to ensure you receive the appropriate care. All our buses are equipped with first aid kits, and all of our drivers have completed emergency preparedness training. This includes life-saving first aid, incident management, fire and smoke response, and psychological crisis support. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities throughout the entire journey.

How do I make a payment?You will receive either an invoice or a secure payment link, which may come directly from BussiGo or from a bus company we partner with for your trip. In cases where we need to hire an external bus provider, the payment terms may vary depending on the company's policy. Some providers may require payment before departure, while others may send an invoice after the trip. All relevant payment details and instructions will be clearly outlined in the offer you receive from BussiGo, so you know exactly what to expect.

Is there a toilet on board the buses?Most of our full-size buses are equipped with a toilet for your convenience. However, this facility is not available in minibuses. You will be informed about all onboard amenities, including whether a toilet is available, when you receive your offer from BussiGo.
